Jana sees research as a tool to drive brands from the inside-out and raise our collective aspirations to do better for people and the planet. She approaches insights discovery with a scientific mindset, integrating knowledge across disciplines - market research, the human sciences, and cultural trends - for evidence-based brand development. Jana's expertise is grounded in her education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and PhD in Social Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, where she studied the science of consumer behavior and the impact of relationships on our well-being. She keeps up with the latest research in social psychology to infuse new rigor into every project. Outside of work, Jana enjoys quilting, hanging out with her Siberian cats, and studying how music can serve as a catalyst for creative thinking.
