Driven by a curiosity for people, she has led global research across markets using a range of methodologies, including focus groups, in-depth interviews, shop-a-longs, co-creation, and online ethnographies. With a passion for understanding the “why” behind human behaviour, she translates findings into tangible stories with clear business implications. She has experience across categories, including health, beauty, beverages, and snack foods.
